In light of the recent news article, “CiCi’s Pizza Worker Assaulted by Customer”, CiCi’s Pizza has decided to take action and conduct a guest experience survey to learn more about their guests’ experiences.
The focus of the survey is on how well CiCi’s follows their core values, which include treating their employees with respect and providing an enjoyable Guest experience.

This survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, and is completely anonymous. Results will be shared with CiCi’s management team, as well as with advocacy organizations that focus on improving Guest experiences (such as National Restaurant Association).

What We Learned from Our Guest Experience Survey

In our guest experience survey, we asked guests to rate their overall experience from the time they walked in the door to leaving. Overall, we found that guests enjoyed their visit and rated CiCi’s Pizza as a good place to eat.

The majority of guests (68%) said they would definitely or probably come back to CiCi’s Pizza. Nearly two thirds of guests (64%) said they were satisfied with their overall experience, while just over one fifth (22%) disagreed. Guests also liked how clean the restaurant was and how well it smelled.

When asked about the factors that contributed most to their satisfaction with the visit, most guests cited the food as being a major factor (60%). Other factors that were mentioned frequently included how friendly and welcoming the staff was (39% of respondents), how clean the restaurant was (36%), and how tasty the food was (33%).

Results of the CiCi’s Pizza Guest Experience Survey

In celebration of its 75th anniversary, CiCi’s Pizza commissioned an online survey to learn more about the guest experience at its restaurants. The results reveal some interesting insights into the way customers enjoy their dining experiences at CiCi’s Pizza.

The survey was conducted by Qualtrics from May 7-14, 2017, and it collected data from responses from 1,003 adults who dined at a CiCi’s Pizza restaurant in the past 12 months. The following are some key findings:

Nearly two-thirds (63%) of guests said that they always or mostly enjoy their dining experience at CiCi’s Pizza restaurants. This is higher than the average for all restaurant brands studied (46%).

Nearly half (47%) of guests say that they always or mostly feel welcomed when they visit a CiCi’s Pizza restaurant. This is also higher than the average for all restaurant brands studied (39%).
