Results of the Survey
A recent study by the hotel chain Hilton revealed that more than 60 percent of guests surveyed said they were satisfied with their stay, and more than 80 percent would recommend the property to a friend. The survey polled 1,000 guests from across the U.S., and offered a range of Hilton properties from budget-friendly to luxury hotels.
The survey found that guests were most satisfied with the staff (76%), cleanliness (74%) and condition of rooms (72%). The majority of guests also ranked location (87%) and value for money (84%) as good or excellent. Only about one in four guests rated service as poor or very poor. These findings suggest that Hilton’s longstanding commitment to customer satisfaction is paying off.
