According to a recent survey by the Friendly’s restaurant chain, 88 percent of customers are “satisfied” with their food. This is up from 76 percent in 2013 and 76 percent in 2012. Why the uptick? Friendly’s attributes it to its new menu items, including more healthy choices such as chicken tenders and vegetable wraps, as well as its new baked potato toppings.
