What is McAlister’s Guest Satisfaction Survey?
McAlister’s Guest Satisfaction Survey is a customer satisfaction survey that allows guests to rate their overall satisfaction with their stay at a hotel or inn. The survey is filled out by the guest after they leave the establishment, and it provides valuable information about how guests use and perceive the property.
Some McAlister’s Survey Requirements

Basic Knowledge of English or Spanish language.
A smart device of computer or smartphone with internet access.
Enter the Order # from your receipt. (This may also appear as Transaction ID or Check ID on your receipt.)
Then, select survey information such as:-

Click on the “Next” link on the home page.
On the satisfaction surveys page, you will be prompted to create a username and password. Once you have logged in, click on the “Surveys” tab at the top of the page.
On the surveys page, click on the “Take The Survey Now!” button.
Complete the survey questionnaire by clicking on each of the five required response options. When you are finished, click on the “Submit Survey” button at the bottom of the screen. Your responses will be submitted immediately and you will receive a thank-you email notification once your survey has been completed.

According to the McAlister’s Guest Satisfaction Survey, conducted by travel research company Expedia in January of this year, American Express Cardholders are among the most satisfied with their stays at hotels. The survey polled guests who had stayed at a participating hotel in the past 12 months, and found that American Express Cardholders were more than twice as likely as those who did not have an American Express Card to be very or extremely satisfied with their stay.
In addition, they were nearly three times as likely to say they would definitely recommend their experience to a friend. These findings suggest that American Express may be doing something right with its marketing strategy – promoting its card as a way for customers to get preferential treatment when travelling.
