Then, choose your prefer language and click on the “Next” button.
Now select Yes or No from the given options and click on Next button
Once you are on the survey page, you will be asked to enter the following information:

-The store number where you made your purchase
-The date of your visit
-Your age group
After you have entered all of the required information, you will be taken to the survey questions. Answer each question honestly and thoroughly.
