What is Popeyes Guest Experience Survey?
After conducting a national survey of 1,000 randomly selected Popeyes guests, the company has released some interesting findings. The most common comment guests made about their visit was that they were happy with their food and service. Interestingly, though, nearly one-third (30%) of guests also mentioned that they would like to see more variety in the restaurant’s menu.
The other notable finding from the survey is that 76% of customers said they would recommend Popeyes to a friend, while only 20% said they would not recommend it. Interestingly, prices played a small role in whether or not customers recommended the restaurant – those who paid between $7 and $10 per meal were more likely to have friends recommend it than those who paid over $11 per meal.
Overall, these findings suggest that Popeyes is doing a good job of satisfying its customers. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues as Popeyes looks to expand its operations further into new markets.

What will Popeyes do with the survey results?
In an effort to improve the Guest Experience at its restaurants, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is conducting a voluntary survey. The survey is open to all guests who dined at a Popeyes restaurant in the past six months.
The survey asks guests about their experience with the food and service. Additionally, it asks about whether they would come back to a Popeyes restaurant and recommend it to a friend.
