In order to improve the guest experience at Zaxbys, we took a survey. The results are in, and they provide valuable information on areas where we can focus our efforts to make your visit more enjoyable.
When it comes to food quality, customer service, speed of service, cleanliness, and overall value for your money, we received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests. Here are some of the specific highlights:

Survey Rules in 2023
In order to fulfill the requirements of their website’s user experience and to improve the quality of their guests’ experiences, Zaxbys restaurants will be implementing a few changes in their survey rules in 2023.
One change is that customers will only be able to submit one survey per visit (instead of two). The second change is that customers will need to provide their name, email address, and phone number before submitting the survey (instead of just their name).
The third change is that customers who do not complete the survey or who provide invalid or incomplete information may not be eligible for rewards. Finally, all surveys will expire after 120 days (instead of 365 days).
